At the First Baptist Church of Benbrook our mission is loving God, loving others, serving both.

We also take seriously the Great Commission. God has empowered us by His Holy Spirit and commissioned us to be witnesses for Him both at home and around the world.

At Home:
We encourage every member to be involved in outreach to the lost in our community. We have regular witness training opportunities and a weekly visitation program, as well as special outreach efforts. Our Sunday School is our primary outreach group and is organized for that purpose.

Around the World:
Locally, we have begun two mission churches to join us in the efforts to reach our area for Christ. Our church gives liberally to the Cooperative Program which supports schools, hospitals, and missionaries around the world. We maintain a missionary home for furloughing missionaries. We directly support a church in the pioneer area of Montana. We also directly support and work with missionaries in Mexico. We help sponsor the work of two pastors in the former Soviet Union. Our members participate in mission trips and projects each year.
